Specialized in the UK

UK customers can buy through Specialized's Great Britain site or authorised retailers, locate shops by postcode and use Rider Care's support centre or weekday live chat. Warranty claims on retailer-bought bikes start with the authorised retailer; products bought directly online are handled by Rider Care.

The available range can change by colour, size, price and stock. Confirm the exact product and build before buying.

Warranty, servicing and support

The live electric range and model count change frequently; describe the main families/categories rather than freezing a count in evergreen copy.

Warranty cover depends on registration, ownership, product and component. The current policy says registered Specialized frames/forks have lifetime cover for the original owner, e-bike motor/drive components have two years, and Turbo batteries have two years or 300 charge cycles, whichever comes first. Link the policy rather than paraphrasing it as a blanket lifetime bike warranty.

Seller help and manufacturer warranty are related but not identical. Before buying, establish who diagnoses an electrical fault, where the bike must be taken, whether labour and carriage are covered, and how a replacement battery is obtained.

Begin with fit, lawful assistance, safe charging, complete-bike weight and the regular route. Then compare the exact component build and support route rather than treating every bicycle with the same family name as interchangeable.

  • Confirm that the selected frame size, colour and battery capacity match the order summary.
  • Check which the seller branch or authorised dealer will diagnose the electrical system and handle warranty labour.
  • Treat price and stock as a snapshot; verify the current product page before travelling or ordering.
