Dawes in the UK

Dawes is sold in the UK through TGC's own storefront, independent bicycle dealers and national retailers. The Birmingham distributor and its stockist map provide the clearest current retail route.

TGC says its bikes are designed and developed in the UK and manufactured through outsourced global production.

The available range can change by colour, size, price and stock. Confirm the exact product and build before buying.

Warranty, servicing and support

Dawes uses Tandem Group Cycles' common helpdesk, contact team, stockist locator and owner-manual pages. Warranty claims for shop purchases should be started with the retailer that sold the bike, and electrical-system terms should be checked separately where applicable.

The current consumer pages do not give a precise founding year, so the safe official wording is 'more than 90 years' and Birmingham-based rather than a guessed date.
