Vitus's current official where-to-buy page names the seller, Wiggle and Chain Reaction Cycles as exclusive retailers. Technical documents and model-specific e-bike support are published on the brand site, with further help via info@vitusbikes.com. Warranty claims are retailer-led.

The available range can change by colour, size, price and stock. Confirm the exact product and build before buying.

Warranty, servicing and support

Vitus's official warranty pages conflict: the dedicated warranty page says frames and framesets are guaranteed for two years, while the FAQ says five years for frames and two years for components excluding wear items. Do not state either as definitive without checking the retailer's written terms for the exact purchase.

The dedicated warranty page still discusses EU minimum liability and links Wiggle/Chain Reaction but does not list the seller in its claim links, even though the current where-to-buy page lists the seller. Direct the seller buyers to the seller customer service and request written warranty confirmation.

Seller help and manufacturer warranty are related but not identical. Before buying, establish who diagnoses an electrical fault, where the bike must be taken, whether labour and carriage are covered, and how a replacement battery is obtained.

What to check before buying

Begin with fit, lawful assistance, safe charging, complete-bike weight and the regular route. Then compare the exact component build and support route rather than treating every bicycle with the same family name as interchangeable.

  • Use the individual review to compare the exact motor, battery, frame and component build.
  • Confirm that the selected frame size, colour and battery capacity match the order summary.
  • Check which the seller branch or authorised dealer will diagnose the electrical system and handle warranty labour.
  • Treat price and stock as a snapshot; verify the current product page before travelling or ordering.
