Haibike in the UK

UK riders can browse a GBP-priced Great Britain catalogue and are directed to authorised Haibike dealers for test rides, sales, service and warranty claims. Haibike's FAQ says the selling dealer is the central contact for claims; it currently states two years' statutory material-defect liability for the complete bicycle, excluding wear items, and a five-year manufacturer's frame warranty for the first owner.

The available range can change by colour, size, price and stock. Confirm the exact product and build before buying.

Warranty, servicing and support

The Great Britain site carries an important notice stating that joint administrators were appointed to Accell UK & Ireland Ltd on 6 August 2026. Stock, dealer supply and support arrangements may therefore change and should be checked immediately before publication or purchase.

The official pages identify Accell Global B.V. in the footer while UK trade enquiries refer to Accell UK & Ireland/Raleigh channels. Avoid simplifying this into an unsupported claim about the exact current operating company.

Seller help and manufacturer warranty are related but not identical. Before buying, establish who diagnoses an electrical fault, where the bike must be taken, whether labour and carriage are covered, and how a replacement battery is obtained.
