Falcon Cycles in the UK

Falcon has historically been distributed through national UK retailers and is also listed by TGC and its stockist network. Retailer stock and workshop support should be checked locally before purchase.

Tandem Group Cycles is Birmingham based; it designs and develops products in the UK and outsources manufacturing globally.

The available range can change by colour, size, price and stock. Confirm the exact product and build before buying.

Warranty, servicing and support

Falcon shares TGC's helpdesk, contact details, stockist locator, owner manuals and warranty FAQs. TGC directs in-store customers back to the selling retailer as the first point of contact for warranty claims.

The current official consumer pages do not publish a precise Falcon founding chronology; use 'long-established British brand' rather than adding an unsourced founding year.

A shared electric-bike manual does not imply every Falcon model uses identical electrical hardware; TGC explicitly notes exceptions.

Seller help and manufacturer warranty are related but not identical. Before buying, establish who diagnoses an electrical fault, where the bike must be taken, whether labour and carriage are covered, and how a replacement battery is obtained.
