Urtopia’s current US catalogue includes carbon-frame city, folding and wider-tyre electric bikes. Carbon Classic, Carbon 1, Carbon Joy and Carbon Fusion names designate different families, while step-through and folding variants change storage and access considerations.
These reviews use the US product pages. Their advertised 20mph, 25mph or 28mph configurations must not be silently treated as British EAPCs. Complete-bike weight and accessory-excluded net weight are presented separately where the manufacturer supplies both.

Checks for a specific bicycle
- Identify the exact model year, frame size and regional specification on the invoice.
- Confirm the legal seller, warranty contact and model-specific parts availability.
- For an older bike, check frame condition and component standards before relying on brand reputation.
- For an e-bike, obtain the motor rating, assistance cut-off, battery and charger documentation.
